For condos and households that want a worry-free schedule, our annual maintenance contracts start at S$200 for 2 units with four visits per year.
A chemical wash costs S$80 to S$100 per unit and cleans the fan coil using our biodegradable solution without removing the indoor casing, making it ideal for routine deep cleans. A chemical overhaul runs S$130 to S$180 per unit and involves dismantling the indoor unit so we can individually clean the blower, drainage tray, and coils. We recommend the overhaul when jelly blockages or mould have built up to the point where cooling performance has dropped.
Singapore's year-round 80 to 85 percent humidity causes far more condensation and mould growth than temperate climates, so we recommend a servicing cycle every 3 to 4 months. Units in direct sun or near the coast tend to need attention at the shorter end of that range.
