Driven by an Eco-Conscious Philosophy
CoolX Aircon was founded in 2016 by Kok Wai Keong, a principal technician with 15 years of field experience across commercial and industrial cooling systems. After years watching households and facility managers struggle with poorly maintained units that wasted electricity and shortened equipment life, he decided to build a team that would do the job right the first time.
The business started with one service van, a BCA ME01 registration, and a commitment to honest diagnostics. Word travelled quickly. HDB residents in the North and East, condominium management offices in the Central region, and factory managers along the Tuas and Jurong industrial belts began calling for the same transparent pricing and measured workmanship.
Today our team of 14 handles everything from routine residential servicing to complex chemical overhauls and VRV system maintenance for commercial clients. Kok still leads installation planning on the trickier jobs and personally trains every new technician who joins the company.
Our work is guided by an eco-conscious philosophy that leans on NEA-approved low-GWP refrigerants and biodegradable wash solutions. The goal is simple: keep Singapore's humid homes and workplaces comfortable without leaving a heavy footprint on the island we share.

Fifteen years of hands-on experience across commercial and industrial cooling systems. Kok leads complex installations, troubleshoots unusual faults, and personally mentors every technician who joins the team.
Rajesh Kumar
Installation Lead
Eleven years of installation experience with a specialisation in VRV and VRF multi-split systems. Rajesh heads up the installation crews and ensures every HDB and condo job meets BCA bracket and piping standards.
Jasmine Tan
Customer Care Manager
Ten years of customer service experience leading our WhatsApp bookings, scheduling, and post-service follow up. Jasmine makes sure every enquiry receives a clear answer and every appointment arrives on time.
